It consists of the following types:

1.Hookstrip flat screen

Hookstrip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hookstrip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank.

2.Pyramid screens

Pyramid screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the pyramid screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. We can supply pyramid screens with mesh sizes ranging from 60 to 250.

3.Steel Frame Screens

Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank.

 4.Hookstrip Soft Screens

Hookstrip soft screens are used in the early shale shakers. The screen panel is stuck with two stainless steel layers together. These products have low prices and are used conveniently. We can supply the screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 80. 

5. Aluminium frame screen/ Injection frame screen(plastic with steel lining frame)

Aluminium frame screen or injection frame screen is mainly composed of aluminium frame or injection frame and 2 or 3 layers stainless steel wire cloth. The wire mesh can be combined with the  frame with metal rubber lining, or directly bonded on the frame.
